Moooi Mania

Another fabulously creative company, Moooi, was just as thrilling as to be expected.  A stunning grouping of Raimond Lights hung over the newest fabric from Marcel Wanders for the Boutique Sofas among pieces from the new collection.

The Hercleum Pendant, inspired by the leaves of the Heracleum plant was gorgeous; modern and clean, yet delicate and elegant and the same time.  It was the Position Floor and Wall Lamps though, that really won my heart.  The reinvention of a classic metal lamp in hand carved wood was just too brilliant to ignore.  Moooi had a number of other clever pieces to introduce this year, like the Mistral : a pendant / fan, the Extension Chairs, Gothic Chairs, and Miyake Table Lamp (uh oh, I think this one is going to end up being yet another table lamp purchase I make this year).  Check out the website for all the new stuff:
