We cherish the nobility of those who work with their hands. Craft is important as it is scarce and makes products meaningful; materials can do the same. Emotional response is as important as function.
We strive for a world where decisions regarding the home are taken with care and where we all have huge respect for products that live with us day in and and day out.
A world that defines luxury in terms of materiality, detailing, longevity, and an uncompromising approach to making things imbued with values.
The De La Espada factory in Portugal is a center for excellence in craft and achieving the highest level of European craftsmanship.
Moroso Carpet Reloaded, an exclusive, limited edition collection of carpets from the first and second halves of the 20th century reinterpreted in a totally new and unexpected way. The past meets the present in a mixture of ancient manufacturing skills and contemporary design. Carpets are bleached and re-dyed, unwoven and re-woven by skilful weavers who work with due respect for the original materials (cotton, wool, angora, black-goat wool, mohair and linen). A rug from the Carpet Reloaded series is a style choice that displays great character and adds a unique touch to its setting.
